| Registration is now open for the 2010 Season!
Please read all of the information completely. We are holding sign-ups for the 2010 season (see dates below). Youth ages 7 - 14 are eligible to play football (see weight chart at bottom of page) and ages 5 - 14 are eligible for cheerleading. Practices begin August 1, 2010. Don't miss out on a fun and exciting season!

There are three ways you can register and pay:
- IN PERSON: Come to one of the Sign-up dates listed above. We have prepared all forms along with a checklist in one PDF document which you can download and print so you are fully prepared when you go to the Sign-up. Forms will also be available at the Sign-up location.
- BY MAIL: Download, print and fill out all the required forms, including all required documents (see checklist) and a money order or cashier's check - mail to our office at: 101 W. American Canyon Road, Suite 508 #173, American Canyon, Ca. 94503

PAY ONLINE: Make your registration payment online (see below) then download, print and fill out all the required forms, mail with all required documents (see checklist) along with a copy of your registration payment receipt to our office at: 101 W. American Canyon Road, Suite 508 #173, American Canyon, Ca. 94503. You can also bring them to one of the in person sign up dates.
Your child will be rostered upon receipt of all forms, required information and payment.
Refund policy:
- All but $50 prior to 8/1/10
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 8/1/10
Please note that there may be additional forms and information required. Signatures are required on some forms. Please be sure to use the check list provided with the registration forms to make sure you have completed all the required paperwork! We appreciate your patience and cooperation in these matters.
- NOTE: Returned check fees will be assessed on all checks in the amount of $25.
Please note that any returned checks not paid within 14 days will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Bad Check Program for processing and payment. Additional fees will be assessed and possible felony charges could result.
